Technology saleS.N.Safe&Software offers several different options for licensing our technology from re-branded (OEM) versions of our applications to source code licenses (with customizations), we can help you integrate our award-winning security technologies into your products. We offer the following licensing options:
- Source Code License
With this option, we supply you with complete source code as well as customization. This license includes source code updates and development support.
- SDK (Software Development Kit).
The Safe’n’Sec SDK lets you easily access S’n’S protection from your applications. The SDK includes sample code. The SDK can be licensed on a royalty bases or with a yearly flat-fee. The SDK includes support and upgrades. Customization is also available.
- Re-branding (OEM White-Label versions) of any S’n’S product.
We can create rebranded versions of our security products for retail or enterprise sales. The rebranded versions can be customized with additional features when necessary. Licensing is available on a royalty basis with an upfront payment depending on the customization required.
Pricing and Terms
We will work with you to make our product and business conditions fit your plans. Prices vary for the different licensing options and depend on the type of application you are developing and the importance of our security component in the application. Our development staff is experienced in working to integrate and customize our software for specific projects.
Our technology licenses are only for the S’n’S behavior control engine and other components developed and owned by S.N.Safe&Software. We are not authorized to licensing the anti-virus engines. For re-branding (OEM production) of S’n’S together with AV engines, the commercial conditions for the AV engine will have to be negotiated separately as each AV vendor has different licensing terms.
